Circumstances of Disappearance: Randall and his girlfriend left the apartment together after engaging in an argument around 11:30 pm. The girlfriend made a phone call prior to leaving the apartment. Randall argued with the person on the phone prior to exiting the building. Randall was sharing the apartment with a friend, Charles Jackson. There are rumors in the neighborhood indicating that Randall has been killed.

Last Seen Wearing: Blue jeans and a white tee shirt. Gym shoes.

Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Small scar on the left side of his nose. metal plate in one of his ankles.
