Location Last Seen: **UPDATE - Ms. Serrato was found safe near the Mexican border with her alleged abductor.** An Amber Alert is in effect for a 16-year-old Monterey County girl abducted Saturday night from San Ardo. She may be traveling in a Blue Chevrolet Tahoe with California license plate 6W54124.

Circumstances of Disappearance: The California Highway Patrol said she is believed to have been kidnapped by Juan Manual Salazar Jr., 19. According to the Monterey County Herald, Eunice's parents learned of the abduction when they returned to their home and found the bodies of two men in the house and Eunice missing. The CHP said Salazar is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He may have sustained a shotgun wound and should be considered armed and dangerous, the CHP said.
