She died from exposure to the elements and hypothermia.** Mrs. Tisdale lives at an assisted living facility in the 5900 block of Central Avenue, 21207. At approximately 1:15 p.m. on September 20, she left the facility without telling anyone where she was going. She was reported missing shortly after leaving, but detectives have been unable to locate her.
