Location Last Seen: **UPDATE - The remains of Mrs. Tisdale were found in Leakin Park the weekend of Sept. 29, 2012. She died from exposure to the elements and hypothermia.** Mrs. Tisdale lives at an assisted living facility in the 5900 block of Central Avenue, 21207. At approximately 1:15 p.m. on September 20, she left the facility without telling anyone where she was going. She was reported missing shortly after leaving, but detectives have been unable to locate her.

Circumstances of Disappearance: Mrs. Tisdale suffers from medical conditions that may cause confusion and she may not recall where she lives.

Last Seen Wearing: She was last seen wearing a white coat, blue shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.

Identifying Marks or Characteristics: She has a scar on her left cheek bone and walks with a limp.
