Circumstances of Disappearance: Latifah had been discharged from the hospital on August 14, 2008. She is beleived to have left her residence between 3:00AM and 6:00AM that morning. Latifah has a medical condition and needs medication.

Last Seen Wearing: Long dark red dress, brown scarf on head, and may be carrying small brown purse.

Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Pierced ears. Walks slowly. Tube inserted in upper left arm used for previous dialysis treatment.
