Finding Friday: Where Is Chelsea Ramsey-Jones?

Philadelphia police are reaching out to the public for help finding a missing girl. Chelsea Ramsey-Jones, a 14-year-old, was reported missing from the 100 block of N 60th Street on Jan. 14, 2013 when she failed to return home from Barry Elementary School. On Jan. 17th, police were informed that Ramsey-Jones is autistic and is cognitively impaired.
Chelsea is approximately 5’6” and was wearing a brown jacket with a fur collar, a red shirt, a black skirt and black tights. If you have any information, please call your local authorities or through our Tip Line.
