Location Last Seen: Monica was kidnapped from her parking deck at approximately 11:14PM at the Berkshires At Lenox Park, Atlanta (2124 Gables Dr., NE). A maroon 2002 Mercury Sable seen leaving the scene was located in Atlanta, abandoned and burned.

Circumstances of Disappearance: Police said they saw signs of a struggle in the parking lot with pieces of her fingernails and hair. She was heard screaming for help. Jasper Keels was arrested and charged with the theft of the car. In September 2007, Keels was also charged with Bowie's kidnapping. Bowie's body has not been located and no one has been charged with her death.

Last Seen Wearing: Monica was last seen wearing a dark green dress shirt and blue jean pants.
