Circumstances of Disappearance: Teekah was last seen playing a race car video game in the arcade section of the bowling alley between 10-10:15PM. She was a few feet from her family member and about six feet from the building's exit. Her mother turned away for a moment and the child vanished. Teekah hasn't been seen since.

Last Seen Wearing: A Tweety Bird T-shirt, white sweat pants and Air Jordan sneakers.

Identifying Marks or Characteristics: She has a quarter sized birthmark on her buttocks. She also has eczema, with a skin discoloration on her face and left side of her buttocks. She has asthma which may require medical attention.
