Location Last Seen: Leaving her godmother's home on North Confederate Avenue at about 9:30 p.m. Bobby Hall, 49, Bell's uncle, said the teen was heading toward his home on Chestnut Street.
Circumstances of Disappearance: Hall believes Bell was walking from Flint Street to Chestnut Street, using a path that is commonly used by residents. She left behind her phone, wallet, and other belongings which is very unusual.
Last Seen Wearing: She was wearing a black peacoat, gray jogging pants, neon green shoes and a silver lip ring.
