Location Last Seen: Originally from Texas, Joy moved to Goldsboro sometime around 2002 and briefly worked at the Taco Bell on Ash Street, according to investigators. Police say Joy's landlord reportedly saw her getting into a white passenger vehicle and has not been seen since. It's also reported that Joy last had phone contact with a family member at approximately 11:00pm in the Goldsboro, North Carolina area. Joy was not reported missing to authorities until May 5, 2006.
