Circumstances of Disappearance: Jamir has been depressed; sent a text message to a family member stating he was contemplating suicide. His vehicle was found 05/14/2012, with car keys, wallet, and cell phone inside, adjacent to the Christina River in Wilmington, DE. Police K9 followed Jamir's scent to the river. Police dive team and Delaware State Police helicopter searched the Christina River, but were unable to locate Jamir.
Last Seen Wearing: Orange shirt; blue jeans.
Identifying Marks or Characteristics: Visible stretch marks bilaterally, anterior shoulder; round scar right knee; scar right arm; dark skin patches posterior thigh region both legs - looks like a rash.
