Circumstances of Disappearance: Police arrested Leon Wilkerson Jr., 43, Patricia Andrus, 40, and Portia Felix, 19, in connection with Felix's disappearance from Andrus's home. Portia Felix is Keiosha's cousin. Wilkerson is being held in the East Baton Rouge Parish Jail on a $350,000 bond and is charged with second-degree kidnapping and simple rape. Andrus is charged with accessory after the fact of simple rape and improper supervision of a minor by a parent or legal custodian. Portia Felix is charged with obstruction of justice. Portia Felix, according to the affidavit, told officers that her family had been in touch with Felix by phone, leading police to initially classify Keoisha Felix as a runaway rather than as a missing person. Police believe Felix is in Zachary, Baton Rouge or other nearby areas.
