Circumstances of Disappearance: Chenell R. Gilbert, was supposed to meet her daughter at noon but never showed. Gilbert's daughters used a location app to trace their mother's phone's last location to a far west-side neighborhood near Rockville and South Girl's School Road. Police found Gilbert's car parked in the neighborhood near the home of a friend. There was no sign of Gilbert or her phone.
